The DOSOMAT 16 AS machines are suitable for filling cups and buckets and utilises of an integrated system for sterilisation of the packaging material.

The laminar airflow cabinet with the prescribed filter classes combined with the sterilisation of the packaging materials give a clean room which is parti-cularly suitable for the following applications:
- Use of packaging material where contamination may be present
- Use in rooms with air contamination where moulds and other bacteria spread through the air
- Use in rooms with low ceiling and with a high air circulation rate
- Use in room where traf- fic passes through (loading trucks, transport of goods)
Sterilizing cups
The reagent hydrogen peroxide is atomised via special contact nozzles. This aerosol is added to a flow of hot sterile air and transferred into the cups via special pump nozzles. This results in very good wetting of the cup surfaces without droplet formation. In addition, the optimal reagent temperature is also achieved.The cups are dried again with hot sterile air at additional stations. The H202 loaded air is released into the environment. The complete preparation of the services occurs in its own module. The level of sterilisation and the residual concentration (maximum workplace concentration values) can best be set via exact control and dosage options of all parameters.
Sterilizing the lids
The aluminium foil lids taken from the lid magazines are sterilised via high-dosage UVC rays and placed on the filled cups. Non-ozonic projectors are used for sterilising. Plastic foil lids can also be sterilised via an ingenious ventilation system using sterile air. Upon request, sterilising systems with H202 technology are also available. In the following stations of the DOSOMAT 16 AS, recontamination is prevented because of the Laminar Airflow cabinet.
